Names and phrases you use
FreeTeach Tyne names and words it should recognize. Save phrases you often repeat. Add up to 20 terms on Free or more on Plus.
Speak to Prompt
PlusPress ⌥ ⇧ Space and describe a coding task. Tyne adds relevant project notes and makes a clearer prompt for Claude, Codex or Cursor.
Ask Tyne
PlusPress ⌥ Space to ask a question, edit selected text, or save a thought under a project. In Balanced mode on Turbo, Loom Turbo can use relevant saved context for answers, written in a fraction of a second.

Ask your documents
FreeAdd PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets or slides. Search them on Free. Plus answers locally; Turbo can use Loom Turbo with selected passages in Balanced mode. Check sources and make Word or PDF reports. Spreadsheet export is still in development.
Meeting notes without a bot
PlusStart recording a Zoom, Teams, Meet or browser call when you want notes. Choose your microphone, the meeting audio or both. Tyne shows when recording is on, and no bot joins the call.
Screen Memory, when you enable it
PlusTurn this on to remember text from the front window and other open windows on the same desktop, including covered windows. Pause it or exclude apps at any time. Tyne discards screenshots and deletes the saved text after 15 days.
Choose where answers come from
PlusBuilt to be the fastest way from question to answer. Plus answers on your Mac. Turbo starts in Balanced mode, where Loom Turbo may handle supported questions, screen tasks and reports with up to 150 cloud actions a day. Switch to Local Only before a new request to keep its content on your Mac.

Ask about part of your screen
TurboDraw around something on your screen. Tyne reads text there on your Mac. In Balanced mode, pressing Ask sends the selected area to Loom Turbo for an answer.
Ask about current information
TurboIn Balanced mode, Ask Tyne can look up current public information. It sends a public search query through Brave and Cerebras. Your full collection of notes stays on your Mac.
Atlas workspace
Work with documents, and check the source.
Add documents to Atlas, choose which ones Tyne should use, then ask a question. On Turbo in Balanced mode, selected passages can go to Loom Turbo for an answer or report. The answer points to its source page or spreadsheet cell.
Add the files you already have
Atlas can read PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, slides, text, code and images. It can also read scanned PDF pages. Each file can be up to 200 MB.
Your files stay protected
Imported files are encrypted on your Mac. Tyne avoids keeping duplicate copies of the same file.
Choose what Tyne uses
Pick the documents for a question. Tyne points to the page, slide or spreadsheet cell behind its answer, and labels facts that came from a document.
Make a Word or PDF report
Use selected documents to draft notes or reports, then export to Word or PDF. Atlas can read spreadsheets; spreadsheet export is still in development.

Plus answers on your Mac. Turbo starts in Balanced mode, where Loom Turbo can process relevant passages. Switch to Local Only before a new request to keep that content on your Mac.
Keep documents and notes connected
Tyne can connect a document fact to a related note. It labels facts from Atlas so you can tell them apart from things you wrote yourself.
When you dictate
It types like a person, not a stream.
Tyne waits until you finish speaking, then puts the complete text where your cursor is. You can undo it in one step.
One edit, one undo
Nothing is inserted until you finish speaking, so the app you are in sees a single change you can undo in one step.
Refuses password fields
If a secure text field has focus, Tyne copies the text to your clipboard instead, and the pill tells you so.
Refuses while you hold a modifier
Holding ⇧, ⌃ or ⌥ turns a paste into a copy, so a stray shortcut never fires with your sentence attached.

Your saved notes
Your notes stay yours.
What you save is encrypted on your Mac. Tyne does not keep a copy of all your notes on a server.
Notes go where you expect
Name a note or project and Tyne saves the thought there. If it is unsure, it saves the thought in today’s note.
A record of your week
Tyne can keep daily notes and the meetings you choose to record, then bring the week’s decisions and next steps together.
Encrypted storage on your Mac
Tyne encrypts what you save. The key stays in your Mac’s Keychain.
Common secret codes removed
Tyne looks for familiar access keys and tokens before saving a note and removes the ones it recognizes.
Search on your Mac
Find saved notes without uploading your whole collection to a server.
See where it went
After you save a thought, Tyne shows where it went or tells you if saving failed.
To save a thought in a specific note, say its title. If Tyne is unsure where a thought belongs, it puts it in today’s note so you can move it later.
